Gary Hazelton is an accomplished personal injury attorney with a practice primarily focused on product liability, licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, Alaska, and tribal courts, including Red Lake Nation and Leech Lake. He is an MSBA Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist and has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer 18 times. For about 10 years, Gary studied neuro-linguistics and neuro-semantics, giving him a unique edge in breaking down every aspect of trial practice from presence to story structure to semantic use of space in the courtroom.

For more than a decade, Gary has studied areas including neuro-linguistics and trial storytelling - analyzing how jurors process information, how narratives are constructed, and how courtroom presence affects credibility. Gary has authored and contributed to numerous publications and seminars, including works addressing motor vehicle litigation, liquor liability, insurance practices, trial skills, and jury selection.
